•· City of-ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _______ _ <br />2. Parcel B shall be legally combined for tax purposes with <br />Lots 6, 7 and 8., Morse Is land Park, and when combined under <br />a special lot combination with Lot C, Morse Island Park, <br />this property shall be designated as Big Island Record Lot <br />No. 16 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code, subject to <br />the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />3. This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey <br />shall be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on <br />or before September 25, 1985. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if <br />the filing has not been completed by the date specified above . <br />. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application <br />with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council on this 25th day of March, <br />1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
