1. Parcel A and Parcel C as described on the Certificate of <br />Survey attached to this resolution shall be legally combined <br />for tax purposes and shall be designated as Big Island <br />Record Lot No. 22 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code, <br />subject to the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />2. Parcel B shall be legally combined for tax purposes with <br />Lots 6, 7 and 8, Morse Island Park, and when combined under <br />a special lot combination with Lot C, Morse Island Park, <br />this property shall be designated as Big Island Record Lot <br />No. 16 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code, subject to <br />the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />3. This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey shall <br />be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or <br />before August 10, 1992. The approval granted by this <br />Resolution shall expire if the filing has not been completed <br />by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br />necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br />for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, on this <br />10th day of February, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
