Parcel A and Parcel C as described on the Certificat e o f <br />Survey attached to this resolution shall be legally comb ined <br />for tax purposes and shall be designated as Big Is l and <br />Record Lot No. 22 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code , <br />subject to the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />2. Parcel B shall be legally combined for tax purposes w i th <br />Lots 6, 7 and 8, Morse Is land Park, and when combined unde r <br />a special lot combination with Lot C, Morse Island Pa r k , <br />this property shall be designated as Big Island Record Lot <br />No. 16 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code, subject t o <br />the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />3. This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey shal l <br />be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on o r ✓ <br />before August 10, 1992. The approval granted by thi s <br />Resolution shall expire if the filing has not been completed <br />by the date specified above.
