<br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the
<br />Orono Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway on
<br />Tuesday, February 16,2010, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on
<br />the matter of reviewing the following land use applications:
<br />09-3436 Lori Gherardi, 2700 Ethel Avenue, LR-1C
<br />zoning district, requests a variance to construct a second
<br />garage stall with a 19.1 setback from the right of way of
<br />Ethel Avenue (the same setback as the existing garage)
<br />when a 30 foot setback is required.
<br />10-3442 Dirk Miller of The Emily Program, 2180 North
<br />Shore Drive, RR-1 B zoning district, requests approval of
<br />a conditional use permit in addition lo side, street side,
<br />and rear yard setback variances in order to allow con-
<br />struction of a detached garage on the property.
