The property is located within the RR-1B Single Family Rural Residential Zoning <br /> District requiring a minimum of 2 acres of dry contiguous buildable land within each <br /> ! newly created lot. <br /> ; . <br /> , 2. The property contains 7.32 dry acres, 6.91 wet acres for a 14.23 total acres. � <br /> i • <br /> ! 3. The proposed plat contains two lots each meeting or exceeding the minimum lot azea <br /> requirements for front and back lot standards. <br /> � <br /> I 4. The subdivision is a front/back lot subdivision requiring the back lot(Lot 2)to have <br /> ; 150% of the lot area for the zoning district. <br /> I 5. Lot 2 is 524' in width to the rear of the street setback line measured from the west <br /> � properry line and Lot 1 measures 361' in width.
