FILE NO. 2595 <br /> Box 491 <br /> WHEREAS, Kevin Tapani and Sharon Tapani, husband and wife, <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 781 Ferndale Road <br /> North within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1031,together with a non-exclusive easement <br /> for private roadway purposes over Tracts H and J, said Registered Land Survey, as <br /> shown in Document No. 1425016, Files of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota(hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have made application to the City of Orono to permit a <br /> "Plumbing in Accessory Structure - Conditional Use Permit" to allow a toilet, sink and shower to <br /> be installed into an accessory structure. <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on June 19, 2000, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#2595. <br /> 2. This property is located in the LR-lA Zoning District. <br /> 3. The property is approximately 2.153 acres in area. <br /> 4.
