NO. � � � �� . <br /> �_ <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br /> THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br /> FOR THE PLAT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 725 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH <br /> -FILE NO.2480 <br /> WHEREAS, on May 10, 1999 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br /> Resolution No. 4281 granting preliminary plat approval to the Spring Hill Golf Club (the <br /> "applicant") for the plat of properry located at 725 Sixth Avenue North; and <br /> WHEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat approval was to expire at the <br /> end of one year on May 10, 2000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant made application for final plat approval within the <br /> required effective period on June 14, 1999 but Council action on the final plat application was tabled <br /> • on June 14, 1999 pending resolution of trail issues which were resolved on June 28, 1999;however, <br /> the final plat application was never thereafter formally acted upon by the City, and the effective <br /> period of preliminary plat approval has since expired. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of preliminary�lat approval for the platting of property located at 725 <br /> SiYth Avenue North as approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 4281, adopted on May 10, <br /> 1999 is hereby eYtended to December 18, 2000. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this l lth day of December, 2000. <br /> ATTEST: � � � <br /> �-�---- `'- �'�, <br /> ��� �� - - � -�� <br /> Linda S.
