O O ` <br /> �� - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��sH�4�' . � No. � � `� �� R,- . <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING <br /> GIFT OF REAL ESTATE <br /> WHEREAS, Kingsbridge Properties, Inc. has offered to donate Outlots B and C, <br /> Crystal Creek CIC No. 827 to the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's ownership of this properry will pro�ide a significant public benefit; <br /> and � <br /> `VHEREAS, the City appreciates the benevolent spirit of the donor and believes that it <br /> would be in the best interests of the residents of the City of Orono to accept the donation; and <br /> WHEREAS, a substantial portion of the northerly part of this property will be acquired by <br /> N1n/DOT as right-of-way for the Trunk Highway 12 upgrade project. <br /> � �TOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota that it accepts the donation of the Outlots B and C,Crystal Creek CIC No. 827,Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; and does also hereb3- express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Alan Carlson and <br /> Kingsbridge Properties, Inc, for the outstanding generosity exemplified in the donation. <br /> Adopted by the City of Orono on this 27th day of November,2000. .,. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � ��� � //� � ����--r <br /> �: Lind'a S:Vee, City Clerk � Gab�iel Jabbour, Ma or � <br /> � <br /> • � Page 1 of 2 <br />
