_ � �� �.� 0,�. � O O . �b - CITY of ORONO � ti �� '� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �9kESII�g'� NO. � � 6 � � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of James Barth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota(Copy of Plat is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: 1. Applicants shall apply for a building permit for Lot 2 within one year of final plat , approval or the existing accessory building shall be removed from Lot 2. 2. Prior to City recording of the plat for filing, applicant's Title Opinion and evidence of fee ownership shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney,and applicant shall meet any other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. 3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before May 13, 2000 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and final copy of the plat noted above. • The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
