, � � <br /> - —_ �3��3 <br /> � ,�,-;-o�� ���- <br /> � �\ <br /> �O O �, <br /> � CITY of OROND <br /> i � �°� � I <br /> � ti /i <br /> � G'�'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L9kESH�j�/ N0. _,� �-� ;T'e � <br /> �� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 879 BROWN RQQD NQRT� <br /> FILE NO. 2615 Metro Lega ServiCes li�c. <br /> Box 491 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br /> the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot lir.e rearrangement by George Stickney on behalf of DSR Investments, L.L.C., Derek Read <br /> and Shannon Read (hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as: <br /> attached "Exhibit A" (hereinafter "the propertie>") <br /> to be rearranged by transferring of properties new legal descriptions as: <br /> attached "Exhibit B" <br /> WHEREAS, After due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> �tatutes 462.358 et. seq. �nd the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Comriiission held a public hearing on September 18, 2000, at which time all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed requirements of the City for a <br /> subdivision to rearrange the property lines between the properties. <br /> W'�iEREAS, At their regular meeting held on October 9, 2000, the Orono City <br /> Council cunsidered the subdivision application of George Stickney on behalf of Derek Read and <br /> Shannon Read, noting the following findings of fact: <br /> 1. The property is located within the RR-1B, Sinale Family Rural Residential District <br /> requiring a minimum of 2 acres lot area. The existing lots are as follows: <br /> Paje 1 of 8 <br />
