i� , . � <br /> ��� <br /> /� �11�' <br /> • � � <br /> ��,. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> .. �,� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ���9,kESH.p4�' NO. � � Q °��. <br /> � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF TAMARACK HILL <br /> FILE NO. 2607 . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> two(2)lot residential plat by John E.Vogt and Maureen C.P.Vogt,husband and wife,and Michael <br /> • J. Hilbelink and Ann Hilbelink,husband and wife (hereinafter "the subdividers"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B,2 <br /> Acre Single Family Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that would allow its use for a single family residence to be fully developed; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has completed or has agreed to complete all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: � <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4498,the resolution granting <br /> preliminary approval of the subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> � 3. Outlot A is platted 50' wide to accommodate a road should one be required in the <br /> future to provide access to additional lots without direct access to a road. Future use <br /> of Outlot A as a road shall require approval by the Orono City Council. It is not the <br /> intent of the Council that Outlot A be opened for any use other than a driveway until <br /> such time additional right-of-way would be required. <br /> s <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
