The height of the pole building shall be in accordance with the provisions of the <br /> Municipal Zoning Code. � <br /> 3. A restrictive covenant shall be filed in the chain of title alerting future property <br /> owners of the restrictions that apply to oversized accessory structures. <br /> 4. Properry owner agrees to limit the accessory buildings on the property to one 36'X <br /> 60' pole barn and one 22' X 24' garage as shown on the site plan attached to this <br /> resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this variance run with the properly not with the applicants,but <br /> ' are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit within <br /> ° � one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on that date <br /> (August 14, 2001). � <br /> 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this variance <br /> • shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br /> , authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7.
