Planning Staff recommends approval of <br />the preliminary plat, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall submit a landscape plan establishing how the property will be revegetated <br />around the shared driveway and homesites, before placement on the City Council’s agenda for <br />consideration. <br />2.
