<br />The access of the Busy Beavei Day Care as proposed is not approved due to
<br />unsafe site distances for traffic on Highway 12. It is suggested that the
<br />access be located at the southeast corner of the property opposite the Brick
<br />Church access. A turn lane should also be constructed for traffic from the
<br />east where a median currently exists.
<br />'pon inspectiol, of the area, we suggest that access to the Busy Beaver Day
<br />Care be shared by the adjacent cemetery property to the east. This would
<br />enable the day care sufficient area to provide an access road, eliminate a
<br />dangerous access th currently exists to the cemetery anJ reduces the number
<br />of accesses onto the highway.
