The work you propose at the location <br />stated above is authorizes by an existing nationwide Department of <br />the Army permit, provided the work, described in enclosure 2, is <br />accomplished in compliance with the enclosed conditions and manage- <br />ment practices. <br />This determination covers only the project referenced above. <br />If the design, location, or purpose of the work is changed, you <br />should contact us to make sure the work would not result in a viola- <br />tion of Federal Law. This <br />authorization expires 22 July 1987. <br />It is your responsibility to insure that the work complies with <br />the terms of this letter and the enclosures.
