Steve Lisle, Jr. Letter Dated 10/30/86 <br />ISSUE - The presentation of information for Council consideration <br />at the above scheduled Highway 12 study meeting. <br />DISCUSSION - In an eft rt to get all parties of the Council <br />present at the meeting the date has been changed to November 20, <br />1986. At that meeting the attached agenda will be reviewed. <br />Included will be discussion of sewer availability which is <br />summarized in the chart -ind diagram attached. As you will note <br />the availability of sewer and various portions of the existing <br />pipe ranges from under 60 to over 600. To increase to the range <br />of 2-300 as would be required with the schemes proposed by the <br />planner would at a minimum necessitate negotiation with the City <br />of Long Lake and Medina. To increase development further would <br />actually require alteration of existing pipe size for a portion <br />of 800 feet of pipe "C" and a portion of "E" down by the Long <br />Lake plant in the range of 2-300 feet. <br />Attachment B represents a letter received by the C .y which is <br />included, if each of the Council members have not r- ved it. <br />REC_O_MM_E_NDA_T_IO_N_ - That the Council review the information and <br />address any questions regarding it to staff. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - [Moved by -_, seconded by _ , to accept staff's <br />information regarding the meeting date and pertinent information <br />on Highway 12.
