At the October 27, 1986 the Counc:._ <br />requested the policy relating to access be changed from 1 that <br />any additional access by related to density and safety and that <br />be amended to say it was the Council's postion that no further <br />access be undertaken on Lake Minnetonka. (This change has been <br />reflected in the attachments.) <br />RECOMMENDATION -- It is requested that Council review and amend <br />any policy to better express their intent in dealing with other <br />governmental bodies. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - I ;ved by , secondeC by _, the Orono Council <br />adopt the attached policy including any amendments as those <br />issues which it feels should be worked with through other <br />governmental jurisdictions during the year 1987.
