MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 27, 1986 <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT CONTINUED <br />Mayor Butler felt <br />staff and Council <br />review. <br />that this matter could be handled by <br />not requiring Planning Commission <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Mayor <br />Butler, to proceed as a subdivision application with <br />exception to Planning Commission review. Motion, Ayes <br />4, Nays 0. <br />-Attorney Barrett reported that they have filed an appeal <br />to the Commission of the DNR regarding the Ulrich <br />matter. He stated that the DNR has tried to dissuade <br />him from filing a claim going to hearing in which he <br />advised that they would have to direct their request to <br />the City Council. <br />-City Administrator Bernhardson reported on a case <br />regarding an easement on the Chapman property in which <br />the City is opposing. <br />HIGHWAY 12 CORRIDOR STUDY MEETING <br />City Administrator Bernhardson recommended rescheduling <br />this meeting to November 19, 1986 at 7:30 P.M. due to <br />scheduling conflicts. <br />LICENSES* <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to approve the following license: <br />Art Center of Minnesota - Raffle License <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to approve payment of the All Funds <br />Accounts.
