Massopust and Longridge Associates (herein- <br />after "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at and <br />near 440 Brown Road South located within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "Ci' y") and legally des(ribed as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block, 1 Stronghold, Hennepin County, Minnesota; <br />and <br />The following described property in Section 3, Township 117 <br />North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the <br />Southeast 1/4, then South 380 feet to a point 936.4 feet North of <br />the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, <br />then Westerly parallel with the South line thereof 456.05 feet, <br />then deflecting 89 degrees 45 minutes to the left a distance <br />191.55 feet, then Westerly parallel with the South line of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 a distance 872.75 feet to a <br />point in the west line thereof a distance 744.85 feet North from <br />the Southwest corner thereof, then North 580 feet to the <br />Northwest corner thereof, then East to the point of beginning, <br />(hereinafter "property); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono for <br />a Conditional Use PErmit to permit grading and excavation of a <br />wildlife pond per Municipal Zc; ing Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 19. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1078. <br />2. The property is located in the RR-lB Single Family Rural <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3.
