Upon negotiations with the <br />defendant's attorneys, and upon discussions with Mark Bernhardson, <br />it was agreed that the defendants would plead guilty and the court <br />would stay execution of a $700 fine for each defendant on the <br />condition that the fish houses be removed from Lake Minnetonka as <br />soon as possible after the ice freezes in December. In addition, <br />$50 in court costs would be imposed. <br />DISPOSITION: <br />Upon pleas of guilty to the charges of unlawful <br />continuance of a fire hazard, Judge Alexander sentenced the <br />defendants each to a $700 fine, with execution of that sentence <br />stayed for one year upon the following conditions: <br />(1) That the fish mouses at issue be removed from Lake <br />Minnetonka by December 20, 1986, or as soon as possible otter the <br />ice freezes on the lake. <br />(2) That the defendants have no same or similar offenses <br />for one year. <br />(3) That the defendant pay $50 each in court ce:;ts. <br />2017c(58) <br />
