The front of this building stands 226 feet west <br />of the center of Brown Road; its back is 251 feet distant. <br />The property line to the west is 79 feet beyond the back wall <br />of this building. <br />2. The property to the west was surveyed and subdiv,ded it 1984 <br />by one Jeff Stebbins; his survey and our acceptance of <br />established de facto our western boundary. <br />3. The new garage will stand within the borders of the old. <br />This informal staff guideline is, as I understand it, not a town <br />ordinance; consequently, it is open to staff discretion and can be <br />made to adhere to the facts f. the situation.
