It is recommended that the plan as proposed be adopted in <br />order that it may be submitted to the State of Minnesota by <br />January 1, 1986, in order to qualify for needs for 1986. <br />2. That Glenn Cook be instructed to develop a capital plan for <br />presentation to the Council in the January/February 1986 time <br />frame for eventual submission to the Sta..e for the 1st of March <br />1986. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _ , seconder. by , that the Council <br />adopt resolution number which designates —appropriate streets <br />within the community as i—ts Municipal State Aid system and that <br />Glenn Cook be directed to prepare the appropriate capital plan <br />needs assessment for submission to the Council and subsequent <br />submission to the State of Minnesota prior to 1, March 1986. <br />Ayes Nays <br />
