Street Classification DISCUSSION -- Attach phase find the petition the City has received from the re,3,-6ents on PJri.ch Brown Road regazding traffic and other related concerns. The Police have unc, 2rtaken a speck survey since rec-'.pt of the petition. The pre 'minary results on 9 occasions between 10,116 and 10/20 indicate at about 40% exceed the 30 mph I imit by 0-5, 27% exceed by 5-10 .inc: 2; over 10 mph.
