The parent company of Dow -Sat is <br />involved in restructuring its cable business, to become a limited <br />partnership. <br />Authority to approve the change rests with the Cable Commission <br />as outlined in the attached of the ordinance. <br />Should you have any concerns or comments regarding this change <br />they should be directed to the Council's representatives to the <br />Cable Commission. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that any concerns regarding <br />the ownership change be communicated to Tim Adams and Tom Frahn <br />as the City's representatives on the Cable Commission. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by `, seconded by _, to accept the <br />information from staff regarding the pending cable TV ownership <br />change:.
