�..�.. -::a <br /> �_ . <br /> � O� <br /> � O O • <br /> ��b� � CITY of ORON4 <br /> � � . <br /> �� G'ti � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESH�4�' NO. �?� � � `�' <br /> � A RESOLUTION APPROVIN� THE <br /> � PLAT OF WILDHURST WOODS . <br /> FILE NO. 2645 � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Brenshell Homes (hereinafter the "subdivider") has applied for final <br />� subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1,Heathercroft,Hennepin County,Minnesota,to Lots 1 - 5, Outlots A <br /> and B, Wildhurst Woods (hereinafter "the properly"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision o�a <br /> • S lot plat by Brenshell Homes:(hereinafter"the subdivider"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivision has been found to meet the density requirements of the <br /> LR-1B zoning district; and � <br /> WHEREAS,the Environmental Quality Board(EQB)has officially notified the city <br /> of a petition by a group of citizens requesting the completion of an Environmental Assessment <br /> Worksheet(EAV� for the project; and <br /> WHEREAS, under EQB guidelines, the City of Orono is designated as the <br /> governmental unit to determine whether an EAW is required; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Council at its regularly scheduled meeting of December 11, 2000 <br /> reviewed the EAW request and concluded that the proposed development by Brenshell Homes has � <br /> , no potential significant environmental effects and denied the Citizen Petition for preparation of an <br /> EAW, as documented in Resolution No. 4578; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has agreed to complete all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of requirements of Resolution No. 4529, the resolution granting <br /> preliminary plat approval. <br /> • 2.
