.� . , <br /> �--- <br /> � O� ' <br /> • O O <br /> ��b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> 4... � � <br /> '� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9.kE p4�'G � NO. � � � � . <br /> �sx <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR <br /> NON-LTNION CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2001 <br /> WHEREAS,the City Administrator is responsible for annually presenting a pay schedule <br /> for City employees,with the exception of employees covered by collective bargaining agreements: <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Administrator has presented the City Council with said pay schedule � <br /> for calendar and budget year 2001,which pay schedule is attached hereto and hereby made a part of <br /> this resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS,sufficient funds have been appropriated in the proposed 2001 Annual Budget <br /> to fund the recommended pay schedule and such other matters of compensation as herein specified. <br /> • NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orono City Council as follows: <br /> 1. That the 2001 employee pay schedule; reflecting a 3.25%pay adjustment effective <br /> 1-1-2001, attached hereto and made a part thereof, is approved. <br /> 2. That the City's contribution toward the cost of employee group insurance increase to <br /> a maximum of$410.00 per month. <br /> 3.
