Allowed Hardcover Percentages - if the percentages in column E for any setback zone exceed <br />the allowed percentages in column F, you should contact the Zoning Department at 473-7357 <br />to discuss the possibilities of obtaining a variance. Generally, if a concurrent removal <br />of existing hardcover matches the additional hardcover proposed, resulting in no net increase <br />of hardcover in a specified zone, a variance may not be necessary. <br />
