Also in <br />your packet is a letter from the neighbor to the north, rilene <br />Oleen. The setback encroachment is to the south, but Ms. Oleen <br />is concerned about additional drainage to her property. <br />Planning Commission, meeting of 9/15/86, recommended approval <br />subject to a removal of the equivalent amount of plastic under <br />rock beds so that there is no net increase in hardcover over the <br />existing 31.06%; and subject. to applicant working with staff to <br />alleviate the drainage concerns of the neighbor. Staff feels <br />that a redirection of garage roof drainage to the west and <br />perhaps some minor swaling along the lot line where feasible, <br />will help to reduce the effect of the natural run-off onto the <br />Oleen property. <br />A resolution reflecting the Planning Commission <br />recommendation is attached for your review. <br />
