I was informed that a new sign ordinance <br />will probably not be ready until Spring 87. <br />When Mr. Bill Wear and myself petitioned the council in <br />April, we were told the council would be able to act in <br />the Fall. <br />It is now Fall. <br />I am losing money. <br />I need signage to identify my location. The temporary <br />sign is not doing it. <br />I feel like a pawn in a game between the Council and <br />the Orono Shopping Center. <br />I ain totally frustrated. <br />Surely you have a rough idea of the proposed ordinance. <br />Forgetting my time and temperature proposal.
