MINUTES Ue THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING hELD SEPTEMBER 15, 1986 <br />#1070 RINEHART CONTINUED <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Bellows, to <br />table this matter pending an accurate survey. Motion, <br />Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />COLIN KELLY & LONA JANE SHAUGHNESSY <br />95 SOUTH BROWN 20AD <br />VARIANCES <br />PUBLIC HEARING 8:55-9:02 <br />`rhe Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />was noted. <br />Colin Kelly Shaughnessy and Lester Kelley (developer of <br />the property) were present for this matter. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the <br />request for front and rear setback variances to <br />construct a residence on a long narrow lot created as <br />part of Kelley Green in 1978. He noted that the <br />topography limits the buildable area. <br />Mr. Shaughnessy stated that that adjacent neighbor <br />directly south, Heinz Otto, has no objection and prefers <br />the house configuration as proposed because it actually <br />provides him more privacy than if the house was <br />constructed parallel with the roadway. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Goetten, to <br />recommend approval subject to staff recommendation. <br />Motion, Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />#1072 FRED WINSTON <br />755 SPRING HILL ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 9:04-9:08 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />was noted. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the <br />request for a lot -line setback variance to construct an <br />addition to the existing horse barn noting that the <br />nearest off -site residence is 500' to the east (owned by <br />Wildman) and to the north (owned by Partridge). E*taff <br />has received no comments from either owner to date. <br />8 <br />
