Staff requests that Council adopt a <br />second ordinance extending the moratorium for a period of six months. <br />It is hoped that by April 1987, all special studies involving the <br />Highway 12 Corridor will be completed. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , Seconded by , to approve <br />the 6 month extension of the Limited Development Ordinance, effective <br />through April 1987, and to direct staff to prepare the appropriate <br />ordinance for formal action and publication. <br />
