Access is <br />gained through the main house stairway and walkout level <br />doors, as well as an indirect access to garage. <br />He stated that the intent is for applicant's mother to <br />move in with them in the future. He noted that no <br />comments have been received from the neighbors regarding <br />this application. He also noted that this is a <br />"conditional variance" which expires a' such time that <br />the applicant no longer owns the property. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was cinsed. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Taylor, to <br />recommend approval of the conditional variance subject <br />to staff's findings and conditions as stated in memo <br />dated 9/12/86.
