2. Hardcover <br />follows: <br />House <br />Driveway <br />Shed <br />Patio/Deck <br />West Entry <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />permitted in the 75-250' setback zone is as <br />2,075 s.f <br />3,880 s. <br />501 s.. <br />60 s.f. <br />Steps 32 s.f. <br />6,548 s.f. <br />or 26.7% Hardcover, <br />as shown on Exhibit A attached. <br />3. Applicant is advised th.., -ny future proposed additions which <br />result in increased hardcover on the property will not be <br />approved, and might be approved only with concurrent removals of <br />existir hardcover resulting in no net increase in hardcover. <br />4. Applicant shall provide verification, certified by a <br />surveyor, of the existing lakeshore setback of the existing house <br />and of the hardcover percentages on the property, prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />5. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by applica ion for a building permit within one year of <br />the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on <br />that date (July 14, 1987). <br />6. Violation of or non-complir,ice with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned applicant has read, understood aL, hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, <br />his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording <br />of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Approved per the above conditions by the Orono City Council <br />by a vote of 3 ayes and 2 nays at a regular meeting held July 14, <br />1986. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13th day of <br />October, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
