This porch was noted on <br />the permit as being 40' from "wetlands". <br />Durda's bought the property after 1982, and were given permission, <br />by the Building Department, to create 3' wide "catwalks" or <br />balconies along the perimeter of the porch and at bedroom to <br />allow for safety of the existing walk -out doors off the porch :nd <br />bedroom (doors had been constructed to open into thin air). <br />Spring 1986 - Mrs. Durda had the existing 72 s.f. concrete patio <br />removed, and replaced with 144 s.f. wood Jeck, without permits. <br />C-�^k and stairs are about 25' from edge- of pond, old patio was <br />3C-35' from pond. <br />
