City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. - <br />1. Applicant shall maintain suitable erosion control measures <br />during the grading and filling, as required by the City <br />Inspector, until vegetation cover is established. <br />2. All grading shall conform to the proposed grading plan which <br />shall bect_ie F -hibit A of this Resolution, except that the ditch <br />along County -oad 15 shall be regraded to provide positive <br />drainage and :,:,Lightly larger ponding area near the culvert <br />inlet. <br />3. The applicant must execute a special lc',- -ombination for <br />Outlot B and Lot 1 prior to issuance of a permit or construction <br />of a dock to serve the residence on Lot 1. <br />4. Applicant is advised that the 934'-936' elevation will be <br />considered as original grade if a fence is constructed along the <br />County Road; any such fence may be not exceed the 6' maximum <br />height above the crown of the road. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with t property <br />not with the owner, but are permiLisive only and must be Lxerc'sed <br />by application for a building permit within one year of tt ate <br />of Council approval, or the special conditions of this resolution <br />will expire or iat date (October 13, 1987). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicar has read, understood and hereby <br />agrees to the terms r ` tr':.s r,. lution and on behalf of himself, <br />his heirs, success and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording <br />of this resolutior the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13th day of <br />October, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
