As we discussed, I am legal counsel <br />for the Thorkelson family and I am now enclosing with this letter the following items <br />regarding the above application: <br />1. City of Orono -Variance Application, with attached Exhibit A; <br />2. Applicant's check in the sum of $250.00 payable to the City of Orono; <br />3. Construction drawings for the storage shed in question; and <br />4. A photograph of the storage shed in question. <br />I ordered the Certified Property Owners List the day of our meeting and will forward <br />that to you as soon as it is received. From our discussion, it is my understanding that you <br />already have the survey, and that a topographic survey is not necessary. Please let me know <br />if there if anything else which would be helpful for this application.
