<br />The Planning Commission will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at
<br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, October 16,
<br />2000 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of
<br />re.viewing the following land use applications:
<br />1. #2571 Doug Ault and Jim Ginther,
<br />2739 Shadywood Road, requests an after-
<br />the-fact variance to allow an expansion of the
<br />existing parking area to accommodate two
<br />parking spaces constituting hardcov~r within
<br />· 75' of the OHWL (929.4') of Lake Minnetonka
<br />for a lot used for mooring of two boats.".\ ....

<br />variances to permit new construction of a
<br />residence on an undersized lot 8,018 s.f. in
<br />area where 21,780 s.f. is required; 20' from

<br />where 75' is required, and· to permit
<br />hardcover and structure within 75' of the
<br />lakeshore.
