The shed has been <br />constructed on a property line and within a front yard, where accessory <br />structures are required to be located at a minimum setback to the principal <br />residence. <br />Gina Kosek, 1875 Shadywood · Road, requests variances to permit <br />construction of a deck within the 75' lakeshore setback where no structures <br />are permitted. <br />Greg and Michelle Walsh, 1926 Fagerness Point Road, requests variances <br />to permit new construction of a residence on an undersized lot 8,018 s.f. in <br />area where 21,780 s.f. is required, 20' from the front property line where 30' <br />is required, 30' from the lakeshore of Lake Minnetonka where 75' is required, <br />and to permit.hardcover and structure within 75' of the lakeshore. <br />Roger Olsen, 815 Partenwood Road, requests renewal variances for <br />lakeshore setback, and hardcover in the 0-75' setback to remodel and expand <br />an existing residence. <br />Morgan K. Nelson, 3145 Jamestown Road, requests variances to permit <br />construction of an above ground pool encroaching 30' into the average <br />lakeshore setback and within the 150' structure setback to Lake Classen.
