The permit cannot be issued for the shed in its present <br />location. A 30' setback is required from the side property line along Moslin Avenue. One comer of <br />the building would be required to be moved 6.28 feet further away from the property line. <br />The City must require you to obtain a permit and move the shed to meet the setback or to remove <br />the shed from the property. A deadline of 9-1-00 has been established for compliance.
