The architectural plans show a walk out with what appears there is a retaining wall along the North side of the <br />house but the survey only shows grading taking place. <br />2. The surveyor should show additional 1' contours along the south side of the house to show the proposed swale <br />they have here. Currently they only show drainage arrows, but another contour in this area will allow them to <br />define the swale on the survey. <br />3. The proposed grading is extending into the 0-75' zone. <br />4. The silt fence should be shown across the east side of the property also. <br />5. Are there any existing stairs to the lake? Are they planning on adding/replacing stairs?
