<br />requests :
<br />13-3645 THN Enterprises, Inc.,
<br />on behalf of Gary Briggs, 1905 Con-
<br />cordia Street, LR-1 C zoning district,
<br />requests a conditional use permit
<br />for land alteration within 75 feet of
<br />the OWHL of Lake Minnetonka in
<br />order to repair a failure of the lake-
<br />side slope.
