MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: 2 April 2014 <br />TO: Jesse Struve, City Engineer <br />FROM: Melanie Curtis, Planning & Zoning Coordinator <br />RE: Land Use Application # 14-3658 <br />Please review the enclosed, updated information for a CUP and variance for 440 <br />Big Island and provide written comments by April 9th to be included in the <br />packet for the April Planning Commission meeting. The applicant revised the <br />plans to meet the staff and PC direction to get the house out of the average <br />lakeshore setback. Also attached are your comments from February. The house <br />plans remain the same with the exception of a larger lakeside deck and the roof <br />over the lakeside deck will be removed. <br />Please let me know if you need additional information or if you have any <br />questions on the attached information. <br />Thank you,
