We are able to offer Wausau Homes plans under a <br />1 license that allows us to construct homes based on these plans, and distribute certain copies for limited purposes relating to our construction of a home. You have been given permission to use these plans/drawings solely in <br />'connection with hiring us to construct a home based on these plans/drawings. Any other use of Wausau Homes plans, such as providing them to another builder or modifying the plans without permission is prohibited. Unauthorized use of <br />, copyrighted plans or drawings can lead to significant damages, and a violator may be required to pay the copyright owner for any damages caused and any profits earned by the violator, or in some circumstances may be <br />, required to pay statutory damages as high as $150,000 per plan or drawing used in an impermissible way.
