We are able to offer Wausau Homes plans under a <br />i license that allows us to construct homes based on these plans, and distribute certain copies for limited purposes relating to our construction of a home. You have been given permission to use these plans/drawings solely in <br />/connection with hiring us to construct a home based on these plans/drawings. Any other use of Wausau Homes plans, such as providing them to another builder or modifying the plans without permission is prohibited. Even <br />! viewing the plans to draw a new, substantially similar plan is a violation of copyright law because copyright protects the expression of an idea, and not just a particular physical copy of a plan or drawing.
