We are able to offer Wausau Homes plans under a <br />~ <br />C <br />1 license that allows us to construct homes based on these plans, and distribute certain copies for limited purposes relating to our construction of a home. You have been given permission to use these plans/drawings solely in <br />I connection with hiring us to construct a home based on these plans/drawings. Any other use of Wausau Homes plans, such as providing them to another builder or modifying the plans without permission is prohibited. Even <br />!viewing the plans to draw a new, substantially similar plan is a violation of copyright law because copyright protects the expression of an idea, and not just a particular physical copy of a plan or drawing. Unauthorized use of <br />I copyrighted plans or drawings can lead to significant damages, and a violator may be required to pay the copyright owner for any damages caused and any profits earned by the violator, or in some circumstances may be <br />i required to pay statutory damages as high as $150,0~0 p:r pla_ri_or drawing u~ed in a_ri irTipe!~i~sible way.
