SITE EVALUATION REPORT <br />FOP. LEOPOLD HAUSER III <br />475 N. FERNDALE ROAD <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA <br />5-5-89 <br />On Mav 2-3, 1989 the existing house was tested for an alter- <br />nate drainfield site and very good.sandy soils were encountered <br />with an average percolation rate of 4.33 minutes per inch. This, <br />along with the lack of a high water table would enable a standard <br />system to be constructed. <br />The ne-.�, lot 2 was tested for both a primary and an alternate <br />site with Lc .i areas meeting the criteria for pressure mound sys- <br />tems. The primary site had an average percolation rate of 22.4 <br />minutes per inch, and the alternate site had an average rate of <br />32.0 minutes per inch. Both showed evidence of a high seasonal <br />water table. <br />Individual system designs will be needed when a new house <br />is constructed.
