The meeting begins at 7 PM <br />In order to remain on the Council's August 1th agenda, by or before August 5th <br />, the applicant shall <br />provide revised lot area calculations which reflect lot areas to exclude the square footage within the <br />ROW; and submit revised proposed legal descriptions which exclude the portions of ROW. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from the <br />City Clerk after review and approval by the Planning Commission .
