The property owner has provided revised legal <br />descriptions for each property which exclude the portions of ROW as requested. As part of this approval the <br />applicant will be required to file the appropriate documents based on the new legal descriptions to officially <br />combine the PIDs. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should consider approving or amending the attached approval resolution.
