Preliminary plat information on Certificate of Survey. <br />Certified Property Owners List of owners within 350' (you must obtain this list from Hennepin County Department of 4· Finance, Government Center, A-603 300 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, telephone 612-348-5910). <br />As an addendum to this application, please attach a separate list of any other persons you wish notified of this 5· application. <br />MINIMUM MATERIAL REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE FINAL APPLICATION <br />1. Payment of fees (refer to Preliminary Subdivision Approval resolution and park fees if applicable). <br />2. Signed Certificate of Survey or mylar copies of formal plat. <br />3.
