The right-of-way <br />was dedicated , and shown as "Massasoit A venue " on the original plat of Morse Island Park. <br />The right-of-way on Big Island in undeveloped, but is open to allow property owners interior <br />island access. The property ow ners primary reason to vacate the roads is that the individual <br />houses are partly or fully within the public right of way . See attached Certificate of Survey . <br />Comments: Any comments should be received by the City of Orono by February 18, 2002.
